We truly believe our rates are family friendly when compared to the high seasonal rates offered by motels and hotels surrounding Yellowstone Park. We do ask a 2 night minimum in the Treehouses and 3 night minimum in the larger cabins during the summer season. For those winter weekend get-a-ways we ask 2 night minimum.
Yellowstone River Cabin summer rate is $225/night plus $100 cleaning fee and Idaho taxes of 8%. Lower winter rates available.
Madison River Cabin summer rate is $250/night plus $100 cleaning fee and Idaho taxes of 8%. Lower winter rates available.
Treehouses rent for $179/night with 2 night minimum year round. Cleaning fee for these cabins is $25.

Winter
We offer a discounted rate in the winter. We also offer 2 night weekend stays in the winter. Please call us!
Summer
Summer Rates
Larger cabins are $225 and $250/night (plus $75 cleaning fee and 8% tax).
Treehouses are $179 8% tax.
